Thanasi Panagiotakopoulos is the Founder and Principal of LifeManaged. He previously served as an Executive Vice President and Senior Wealth Advisor at Pathlight Investors. Pathlight Investors oversaw over $300 million of individual and family assets. Prior to joining Pathlight, Thanasi advised clients at Wells Fargo Advisors for five years as a Vice President of Investments.
Thanasi attended the Monfort School of Business at the University of Northern Colorado where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a double Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Management. While at UNC, Mr. Panagiotakopoulos was also a four-year player on the Men’s Basketball team where he earned national recognition as a 1st-team All-American Scholar Athlete. After graduating, Thanasi spent two years in Thessaloniki, Greece where he played professionally for Iraklis Thessaloniki B.C. As part of his commitment to academia, Thanasi has completed his Masters of Finance at the D’Amore McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. He has also earned his designation as a Behavioral Financial Advisor in order to help clients connect the dots between their goals, core values and the advice they receive. In his spare time, Thanasi enjoys spending time with his family and friends. His 4-year-old daughter, Sophia and his 2-year-old son, Marco keep him on his toes every day. He can be found on the basketball court, golf course or tennis courts when he’s not in the office or chasing babies.
Thanasi is highly active in his community. He speaks Greek fluently and is raising his children in the same Greek Parish that he grew up in. After his Greek Dancing days were behind him, he now is responsible for the corporate sponsorships for The Original Phoenix Greek Festival, a 58 year event. He currently serves on the board of the Executive Council 70, a group of young working professionals dedicated to helping our community’s youth through a series of fundraising events and initiatives, which has raised over $5 million in the last 3 years.
